The True TSSU-60-18M-B-HC mega top refrigerated sandwich prep table is ideal for salad and sandwich preparation. It features a removable 8 7/8″ deep cutting board and includes (18) 1/6 size, 4″ deep food pans, with an option for 6″ deep food pans (sold separately).
The unit has four heavy-duty adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves for convenient ingredient storage. It maintains temperatures between 33-40°F with a 1/3 hp compressor using eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for cold air retention and rigidity.
An insulated stainless steel hood and lid keep ingredients sanitary and chilled when not in use. Cleaning is easy with the removable lid assembly. This prep table is built to last with a durable stainless steel construction and operates on a 115V electrical connection.
