With dimensions of 72 3/8 inches in width, 30 1/8 inches in depth, and 36 3/4 inches in height, this unit provides ample space for efficient food preparation. The top surface is intelligently designed with slots to accommodate 12 sixth-sized pans, ideal for storing chopped produce and sliced deli meat. The unit includes a removable 11 3/4-inch-deep cutting board, offering a spacious area for crafting sandwiches and salads. To preserve ingredient freshness, a removable stainless steel insulated cover can be placed over the pan slots.
Beneath the top surface lies a three-section cabinet featuring a stainless steel liner and floor with rounded corners for easy cleaning. The cabinet includes six PVC-wrapped wire shelves supported by pilasters spaced every 1/2 inch, providing sturdy storage for various items. Access to the cabinets is facilitated by 20-gauge locking doors, equipped with durable metal handles and a holding mechanism to keep them open beyond 90 degrees.

The epoxy-wrapped evaporator, sealed in a self-lubricating chamber, incorporates large fan blades for enhanced efficiency. Users can easily adjust the temperature using the front-facing control module, and in case of condenser issues, a rear hatch provides quick access for assessment. With additional insulation in the form of polyurethane, the unit allows temperature settings between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
