The Varimixer V20KF Kodiak 20 qt. planetary floor mixer is designed for heavy-duty mixing tasks in your commercial kitchen or bakery. This 20 qt. mixer features a powerful 1 hp motor with a high-torque transmission to ensure consistent mixing speeds for maximum batch sizes. It features a variable speed drive with a wide agitator speed range from 64 to 353 RPM, allowing you to choose from lower speeds for ingredient incorporation or higher speeds for air incorporation and whipping. An ergonomic bowl truck allows you to easily transport batches, while a single handle on the side of the unit allows you to raise or lower the bowl or lock it in place. Plus, the unit’s legs adjust so you can achieve the perfect working height! A rugged 20-quart mixer, combining an industry-leading 1hp drive with our proven variable speed transmission. A pedestal base version as an option. The housing and all tools are stainless steel. Permanently lubricated planetary head and attachment hub case. High torque transmission. Grease lubricated, anti friction ball bearings. Front mounted controls with 15-minute timer. Safety cut-switch automatically turns the mixer off if safety guard is open or bowl is lowered.
