The Venancio O24CT-4B Octo Series Gas Hot Plate is a durable and versatile machine capable of cooking up an array of restaurant foods. Despite its compact size, the countertop hot plate delivers 120,000 total BTUs with its four gas burners. Cast iron top grates deliver even, consistent heat to ensure the perfect cook every time. The gas hot plate also comes with a removable crumb tray to collect drips and food debris, and an integrated deflector ensures all the grease and crumbs are directed to the tray. This commercial hot plate is made of stainless steel for long-lasting use.
