The Signature Server Classic Bain MarieFood Station, with its 3 hot food wells, is an optimal way to keep your buffet items hot and fresh without the drying that keeping foods heated can bring. The entire base is constructed of 18 gauge stainless steel, with black laminate, and stainless steel corner trim. The finish options are brushed stainless steel, or your choice of hundreds of laminates. The top is constructed of 300 series stainless steel and the heating elements are 625W.
