Description

Signature Server Classic non-refrigerated standard Cold Pans are fashioned with the idea of storing your cold products, such as salad or sandwich bar items, attractively but safely. They have stainless steel top wells that accommodate five pans and are pitched to expedite draining. Their bases are built of stainless steel, which is long lasting and resists corrosion, and exterior choices include brushed stainless steel or hundreds of laminate options, with a stainless steel corner trim. There’s a 1-1/2″ standard drain, with the drain hose and valve on the operator’s side of the base. There’s also foamed-in place polyurethane insulation. The unit uses environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant. This piece provides both mobility and stability as well with heavy duty swivel casters which have locking breaks.
