This 60″ gas-powered Ultimate Restaurant Range offers a combination of powerful cooking features, including (3) star/sauté burners in the front, (3) non-clog burners in the rear, and a 24″ griddle on the left side with thermostatic controls. The unit is designed for ease of use with a standing pilot and includes two convection ovens with battery spark ignition. Each oven comes with three racks for added cooking capacity. Additionally, the range is constructed with a durable stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, along with a 22-1/2″ flue riser for heat dissipation and a 6″ adjustable leg height for easy leveling. It has a total output of 310,000 BTUs.
